Dino Rossi from Borden, Ladner, Gervais LLP will talk about major cases in the last year, with a focus on contaminated sites.

Gordon Buck from Alexander, Holburn, Beaudin & Lang LLP will present “Regulatory Update 2015: New and Upcoming Developments of Note”. The presentation will focus on the implementation of the Bill C-38 changes to the Fisheries Act, upcoming changes to the BC water licensing regime, recent developments in contaminated sites regulations, changes to regulations relating to ambient air quality, and the implementation of updated packaging recycling regulations.
