Where: Terminus Park, Burnaby
Join us for a hands-on afternoon of caring for our local parks! The Invasive Species Council of Metro Vancouver (ISCMV) together with the EMA of BC will be hosting an invasive species removal event on October 23rd from 1pm to 3pm at Terminus Park in Burnaby, BC.
No previous experience is necessary. Tools and guidance will be provided by the ISCMV, however, you are welcome to bring your own gloves and tools if preferred.
What to bring:
- Comfortable outdoor clothes and footwear
- Sun protection / rain gear
- Water
- Optional: gloves and tools (shovels, hand clippers)
This event is free for EMA of BC members and non-members. Light refreshments will be provided. Additional information will be emailed to registrants prior to the event day.
