National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

September 30th marks the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. The day honours the lost children and Survivors of residential schools, their families and communities. The EMA of BC recognizes the importance of this day as well as how environmental stewardship plays a critical role in reconciliation. On the 30th we encourage everyone to wear orange, and spend some time reflecting on the importance of this day.
