Irish Guzman is a Business Development Representative at AGAT Laboratories. She has been with AGAT
Laboratories for three years, where she leverages her extensive background in project management.
Irish holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
Irish began her career at AGAT as a Project Coordinator, quickly advancing to Project Manager. In these
roles, she managed projects across British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Her experience in
project management equipped her with a strong foundation in client relations, regulatory compliance,
and project execution.
In her current role, Irish focuses on cultivating relationships in the environmental and mining sectors
across British Columbia and Yukon .She is responsible for building and maintaining strong client
relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
Passionate about professional growth and industry involvement, Irish actively fosters relationships and
pursues continuous learning. She is enthusiastic about her involvement with the EMA of BC, where she
serves as a Director at Large in her first year, and is looking forward to connecting with peers and
contributing to industry advancements.
