Public speaking is a key leadership skill. Yet, the thought of speaking to a audience, facilitating a meeting or giving a report to the Board of Directors may make you extremely nervous! Whether you are a seasoned speaker wanting to tweak your delivery and make it outstanding, or you are hoping to gain confidence while presenting, this workshop is for you.
Join us for a unique opportunity to learn to speak with confidence, clarity and conviction. While we all use virtual, text and phone these tools are no substitute for an engaging, persuasive, personal presentation and it is a skill you can learn and conquer. This “Release Your Voice Workshop”, teaches you effective presentation design, how to immediately engage you audience, impromptu speaking and tools to control fear and anxiety.
You learn– proper pronunciation, posture, pitch, tone, pace, and we take you to the next step. You learn to use non-verbal behavior and body language to subtlety and effectively influence your audience.
This RYV Workshop is led by owner and founder Pamela Hart. Pamela Hart has been a communication specialist for over 20 years. She has a MA from Harvard University and a BA in Psychology and Non-Verbal behavior from the University of Missouri St. Louis. She has studied at Oxford University’s Balliol College.
She has worked extensively for the Canadian Special Forces, BC Housing, RCMP, the National Democratic Institute in Armenia, Kosovo, Yemen, Jordan, Serbia, Liberia and throughout Europe. This work has included message development and delivery, media training, public speaking, and leadership.
