The Primary Contact of each EMA of BC Member organization has been to invited attend the first virtual AGM of the EMA of BC via Zoom meeting and should have received a complete AGM notice package by email on May 26, 2021. If you think you are a Primary Contact that hasn’t received notice or want to confirm whether your organization’s notice has been sent to someone within your group, please email info@emaofbc.com.

Please remember that the AGM is EMA of BC members only, and only 1 representative per member organization is permitted to vote but multiple representatives are permitted to attend. Register now!
A big part of our meeting will be electing our new board of directors!
The following positions are due for election:
o Vice President, Vice Chair (2-year term)
o VP Education (2-year term)
o VP Marketing (2-year term)
o Two positions for Director-at-Large (2-year term)
o Four positions for Director-at-Large (1-year term)
Election nominations are open to all EMA members in good standing. Nominations will be accepted in advance of (and during) the AGM (although, in advance is always appreciated).
